Event Support
Help set up, staff, and manage BBI activations wether that be pop-ups, zoom events, readings, etc... Duties range from checking in attendees to distributing ice cream and books. It also depends on your experience with events like ours!

Outreach & Awareness
Spread the word widely through schools, local libraries, and community centers. Distribute informative flyers, initiate meaningful peer‑to‑peer conversations, and actively post engaging content on social media platforms to raise awareness.

Content & Media
Capture compelling photos, create engaging reels, write insightful blog posts, and design creative materials to effectively showcase our work and the meaningful impact we make.
Requirements
High school or college student (13+) or adult ally
Commitment: minimum 2–4 hours/month
Willingness to attend a virtual orientation
Love for Banned Books and want to make a change in the real world/ in America
